To support your claim, you are required to share:

  • Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product

  • A complete unboxing video (mandatory)

  • A copy of the receipt or invoice received at the time of delivery

In case of partial delivery, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing all items received along with the invoice to help us verify the issue.

Refund Policy Conditions

A refund request will be accepted only if at least one of the following conditions applies:

  • The product received is physically damaged

  • The product has missing parts or items

  • The product received is different from the description or image shown on the product detail page

  • The product is defective or not usable

All refund requests are subject to verification by the Seven Delights team. Our team may review the images, unboxing video, and order details before approving the refund.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved after verification:

  • The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment

  • Refunds are generally completed within 10 to 12 business days

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Please note that refunds will be issued only after proper verification of the claim.

Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold on Seven Delights, replacement is not allowed.
Customers are requested to carefully review product details before placing an order.

Cancellation Policy (Related to Returns)

Once an order is placed and confirmed by the customer, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds related to cancellation are not applicable under this policy.
